The Buying Process
We understand with precious jewellery, Try & Buy is most convenient and discussing any query regarding your purchase with the Retailer is most comforting, you now have the option of visiting the store or enquiring with us for Door delivery service.
STEP 1. Order Confirmation & Pay Advance
Explore our E-catalogue and confirm your selection in the “Buy now” section. A designated store sales representative such contact you and will personally assist in your buying process from customizations if any till the delivery of the product. Your order will commence once we receive a minimum advance of 10% against your order.
a. You can visit our Retail store to pay the advance Or
b. Enquire for details on Online Payment or Cash collection options from your residence.
STEP 2. Try your Ordered Product
Our Sales representative shall intimate you once the ordered jewellery has arrived ready with certifications and BIS Hallmarking. Under normal circumstances the jewellery shall be ready within 25-30 days after we receive the advance confirmation against the order.
a. You can visit our Retail store for a trial once the product has arrived, Or
b. Request the Retailer for a Home Trial of your Ordered Product.
STEP 3. Delivery & Payment
Your Product will be priced & invoiced by us with the actual weights & Inspections. We take upmost care in making your purchase experience convenient and high priority is given to our product quality standards along with a fair, transparent and very competitive pricing policy.
All Products will have an Authentic International Laboratory Certificate for Natural Diamonds & the BIS Hallmark. Gemological certificates will be given along with the product at the time of delivery.
a. You can take Delivery & Pay at our Retailer Store Or
b. Pay to our Sales representative at the time of Home Trial of your Ordered Product. Please inform our representative in advance of your convenient payment option like Online Payment, GPRS Credit card machine or COD
Buying T&C
1. Order Cancellations & Advance Refund
We have a “No Questions Asked” Refund of your Advance, if the Product is damaged or not as per the Design you have Confirmed.
2. Exchange Policy: We provide a Lifetime exchange for our products. Please enquire about the Exchange policy of your product with us. At the time of exchange, please note that the product will be revalued & inspected for damages like missing pieces of the jewellery.
3. Our Retail store would service all future repairs for the products purchased, please provide an Invoice copy at the time of service.
*Our Management decisions on Refunds, Exchanges, Door delivery services etc. will be final.
